Male Chest Single-Tailed

I met this fellow who goes by the nick of Dr. Fiendish (I believe he usually tops) at the 2008 Up Your Alley Fair where he was one of the few men actually doing a public scene with a woman.  He sent me this photo which was taken after an outdoor scene on a cold day in Washington DC.  He said the DC Metro and the Capitol dome were in view, so have fantasies about your favorite Washington politician.

By the way, the whipping went much lower than what is shown in this photo, right to the “danger zone”.  He had raw welts on the penis and the upper thighs as well – brave fellow.
