Female Back Single-Tailed At The Folsom Street Fair - Signal Whip - Nylon Cracker

She seems quite pleased with it too! 

The whip is similar to this snake.  A snake does not have a rigid handle but does have a fall, a latigo thong between the braided body and the cracker.  A signal whip also does not have a rigid handle but the cracker is woven directly to the braided body of the whip.
